By booking a vehicle with Diamond Car Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid driving license (UAE or international) must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website or directly via phone or email.

• Payment must be made in full before or at the time of vehicle pickup.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one day’s rental.

4. Vehicle Use

• The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and in good condition.

• Smoking inside vehicles is prohibited. Cleaning fees may apply if violated.

5. Insurance & Damage

• All vehicles come with basic insurance.

• In the case of an accident, the renter must inform Diamond Car Rental and local authorities immediately.

• The renter is liable for any damage not covered by insurance.

6. Late Returns

• Late returns beyond the agreed time may incur extra charges.

• A grace period of 1 hour may apply, subject to availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Diamond Car Rental is not responsible for any indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, missed flights, or delays due to vehicle breakdowns.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and the privacy policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
